With more than 22 years of experience, Fahim brings deep expertise from both the Bangladesh Navy and the corporate sector. His professional background spans administration, operations, security, risk management, and strategic planning—both in Bangladesh and internationally.

Lt Cdr Fahim has held several key positions throughout his career, including:
- Head of Security Services – BEXIMCO
- Commanding Officer & Training Commander – Bangladesh Coast Guard
- Detachment Commander – United Nations Peacekeeping Mission
- Deputy Director of Operations – Bangladesh Coast Guard
- Lieutenant Commander – Bangladesh Navy
His ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and maintain high standards has made a strong impact wherever he has worked.
